Travel Requirements
Passport & ID: International visitors must present a passport valid for 30 days past departure with 2 blank pages. South African citizens and residents over 18 must produce an ID card or driver's license for scanning at entry gates.
Visa: Standard South African immigration rules apply (many Western nationalities are visa-exempt for stays up to 90 days).
Health: Camdeboo is completely Malaria-free. High-quality sunscreen and ample hydration are vital during summer.
Conservation Fees: A daily entry fee is required (standard rates apply for international visitors, SADC nationals receive a discount, and South African citizens pay a nominal fee). Fees are covered if you hold a valid SANParks Wild Card.
Regulations: The use of drones inside or over the park boundaries is strictly prohibited.
